Insulation Materials Portfolio & Technical Specifications
Among thermal insulation materials, rock wool is produced in the 40–200 kg/m³ density range; its A1 non-combustible classification delivers excellent thermal insulation and fire resistance, and it is used with confidence on façades, roofs and industrial facilities. Glass wool, light, flexible and highly heat resistant, is preferred especially indoors for its contribution to acoustic insulation. EPS and XPS boards, with low thermal conductivity (λ ≤ 0.032 W/mK), low water absorption and resistance to freeze–thaw cycles, are widely used in façade, floor and foundation insulation. PU and PIR foam boards, offering high thermal performance at low thickness, are ideal for industrial facilities and cold rooms.
In the waterproofing category, APP and SBS modified bituminous membranes are produced in the 3–5 mm thickness range and provide reliable water tightness in foundation, roof, terrace and tunnel applications. PVC, TPO and EPDM membranes offer high flexibility, UV resistance and long service life, with the advantage of heat-welding across large surfaces. Liquid-applied polyurethane, acrylic and bitumen-based systems provide practical solutions that form a fast, seamless and strong barrier on surfaces with complex detailing.
Acoustic insulation materials deliver high noise-absorption performance through acoustic panels and foams with NRC ≥ 0.8, while rubber-based sound barriers provide effective solutions for vibration and impact-noise insulation. Multi-layer composite panels combine thermal and acoustic insulation, allowing optimum control in spaces that demand acoustic performance.
Fire-resistance and safety products include fire-resistant boards based on silicate, gypsum or mineral fibre; firestop foams, mastics and filling systems that create an uninterrupted fire barrier; and heat-resistant coating systems designed to protect surfaces exposed to high temperatures. This product group supports a critical component of building safety.
Insulation materials span a wide range of applications: from homes, offices and commercial buildings to industrial facilities and power plants; from roof, façade, foundation and basement insulation systems to tunnel, bridge and infrastructure projects; and from cold stores and food production plants to studios, cinemas and hotels where acoustic performance matters. That breadth underlines their central role in the construction industry for energy efficiency, comfort and safety.
Supply is managed with board, roll, pallet or big-bag packaging options, and products are sourced from certified manufacturers in Europe, Türkiye, the Middle East and Asia. International logistics is offered under EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP terms, with shipments made in container, bulk or shrink-wrapped formats. Products are backed by quality certificates such as CE, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and EN 13162–13165.
By cutting energy losses, insulation materials help lower carbon emissions, while products with high recycled content support environmentally friendly construction. Offering solutions compatible with green building certification systems such as LEED and BREEAM, they are an ideal choice for sustainability-driven projects.
